About Windy Jr.: Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1924. He is the second son of his father, Windy Lane Sr., who works for the local railroad company, and his mother, Mary. His dream is to become a railroad worker one day. His favorite things are the Chicago Railroad and pizza he eats with his family. He is a true Chicagoan who loves his local teams, the Chicago Cubs and the Bears. He is a clumsy boy, but he is a kind boy who is friendly to everyone, regardless of their background.
